Lawn Care Programs for Northern New Jersey Homes

Fertilization, weed control, grub protection and disease management — built on soil data and delivered on the schedule your lawn actually needs.

  • Healthier Lawns
  • Reduced Pesticide Use
  • Real, Measurable Results

Program Overview

A Healthier Lawn Starts with a Proven Schedule.

Every GreenStripe lawn is on a customized, science-backed schedule, with scheduled visits every 35 to 45 days, depending on the season. We apply the right products at the right time, based on your lawn, your soil, and the conditions throughout the year.

We take a proactive, data-driven approach, including biannual soil tests, to understand your lawn's unique needs. If supplemental applications are needed, we adjust as the season progresses to keep your lawn healthy, green and resilient.

We meet the highest-grade standards for fertilizer and treatment inputs, sourcing some of the best materials available. It's a complete, season-long approach — not a one-size-fits-all solution — designed to deliver real, measurable results.

Stronger lawns. Healthier communities.

Scheduled Visits Every 35–45 Days

We're on your property regularly throughout the season, timed to your lawn's needs and seasonal conditions.

Biannual Soil Testing

We test your soil twice a year to measure pH, nutrient levels and overall soil health, and make any recommended adjustments.

Highest-Grade Inputs

We meet the highest industry standards for fertilizer and protection products, sourcing some of the best materials available.

A Smarter, Proven Approach

The right products, at the right time, based on science, experience and real results — not a one-size-fits-all program.

Customized for Your Lawn

While every lawn is on a regular 35–45 day schedule, we may adjust timing or include supplemental applications based on your soil test results, lawn conditions and seasonal weather patterns.

What To Expect

Great lawns are built over a full growing cycle.

A lawn care program isn't a one-application fix. Turf responds to nutrition, soil conditions, weather, mowing, irrigation and seasonal stress throughout the entire year. That's why we encourage new members to evaluate their lawn over a full growing season — not a few weeks.

  1. New spring grass shoots emerging on a Northern New Jersey lawn

    Spring

    Wake Up & Establish

Begin feeding the turf, address emerging weeds and prepare the lawn for the growing season ahead.

  2. Dense early-summer turf in full sunlight

    Early Summer

    Build & Protect

Support healthy growth while preparing the lawn for heat, insects and increasing seasonal stress.

  3. Shaded backyard lawn under mature trees in midsummer

    Summer

    Manage Stress

Adjust nutrition and treatments around weather, turf conditions and the pressures affecting the lawn.

  4. Autumn maple leaf resting on a healthy green lawn

    Fall

    Recover & Rebuild

Take advantage of the most important growing period for Northern New Jersey's cool-season lawns and prepare the turf for the following year.

Why a full year matters

Your lawn changes throughout the entire growing season. Building stronger turf means working through the complete seasonal growth and nutrient cycle. Our goal isn't a temporary green-up — it's a lawn that becomes healthier, denser and more resilient over time.
